Your healing moves at the pace of your safety. Let’s get you there.

Welcome to your healing space

You may look like you have it together on the outside.
You’re capable. You show up. People rely on you.

Internally, it can feel like a lot to hold,
old wounds, family history, responsibility, pressure, and the parts of you that don’t always feel seen.

My work is about helping you come back into relationship with yourself.
Not just to function; but to feel more grounded, more clear, and more like you.

This is deep work. And we go at your pace.

Providing you with a safe and brave space

I am committed to offering compassionate, culturally respectful therapy for adults (18+) from all walks of life.

My practice supports individuals who identify as high achievers, people of color, LGBTQ+, healthcare and mental health professionals, and those navigating complex trauma—including structural dissociation.

I draw from my deep connection to Asian and Khmer-American communities, blending traditional healing practices with modern therapeutic approaches to support holistic healing and meaningful, lasting change.

Additionally, I provide psychedelic preparation and integration support, helping clients approach these experiences with intention, safety, and care.

I’m a somatic trauma psychotherapist, coach, and psychedelic integration provider. I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals navigating:

  • Structural dissociation

  • Intergenerational and cultural trauma

  • Burnout and over-responsibility

  • Identity, belonging, and life transitions

  • Psychedelic preparation and integration

I integrate somatic therapy, parts work, and Cambodian healing practices.
This means we’re not just talking, we’re listening to your nervous system, your body, and the deeper layers of your experience.

    Therapy Modalities:

  • Cambodian Healing Practices: Grounded in ancient traditions, I blend these practices with modern therapeutic techniques to support deep emotional healing and reconnection with your true self.

  • Parts Work/Internal Family Systems (IFS): I guide you in understanding and harmonizing the different parts of yourself to restore balance and inner peace.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): An evidence-based method, EMDR is highly effective in helping you process trauma and distressing life experiences.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This approach helps you challenge and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, empowering you to make meaningful changes.

  • Problem Solving Therapy: Together, we develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges and regain a sense of control.

  • Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Integration: I provide support for those who have engaged in psychedelic experiences, helping you integrate these insights into your daily life for lasting transformation.

    Is Therapy Right for You?

You might be ready to work with me if you find yourself:

  • Wanting to step into your strength and explore your identity within the context of your culture and the world around you.

  • Seeking intentionality in your relationships and desiring to let go of connections that no longer serve you.

  • Exploring activities, work, and hobbies that make you feel alive and present.

  • Struggling with feelings of shame, abandonment, or judgment, and wanting to confront and release them.

  • Ready to process traumatic events that have held you hostage, seeking liberation and healing.

  • Longing to explore your sense of purpose, identify your “why,” and craft a life that aligns with your values.

If any of these resonate with you, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and empowerment. Let’s work together to create a path that honors your unique experience, fosters resilience, and guides you toward a fulfilling and authentic life.
